      Pros

      Very nice atmosphere, great people, flat management lines. It is a family owned company and you actually get a family-like feeling. Secondary benefits are really good, better than most companies in the Netherlands.

      Cons

      Amsterdam office is quite small so there are not that many opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
