Base Pay ... that's it, but Glassdoor is making me put at least 5 words.
Cons
High level management (particularly in the MI/OH market) has a very "do as I say not as I do" mentality. Negative reinforcement is another very popular tactic and it's passed down from the top. I can't tell you how many great employees/managers I've seen hired in who change completely by about the 6 month mark. Out of the approximately 10 branches I've covered, not one single employee liked the company.
