Pros

CSH has always allowed me to put my family first while still helping me to progress in my career. The anytime anywhere policy has provided the flexibility I need to be present with my family while still making sure I get my work done during times that work best for me and my family.

Cons

I wish CSH had a more progressive parental leave policy but they have been making big strides in this area over the past couple years.
