Pros
Can earn bonus money and move up the ranks if you are are a skilled telephone sales person and work hard. If not, you will only make $12-$18/hour and be treated like the piece of a giant puzzle that never gets put together
Cons
They will hire almost anyone who applies, this leads to a very unprofessional work environment. Most employees have very little respect for anyone other than themselves. H.R department is horrible and really does not contribute in any way. No programs, team building, wellness events or anything. The company doesn't seem to have any objectives or goals and if they do they are not communicated to anyone. Managers seem to hate their jobs and take it out on their employees. A lot of employees are very disrespectful to other employees and management. Turnover is constant.. People are fired almost daily. Very little training.. I had to learn everything on my own.
