    Flexible hours, Work from home available, Opportunity for large monthly bonuses if you can handle being micromanaged and are diligent, compliant, and lucky.

    Cons

    Management only cares about lining their own pockets, my position is/was being eliminated and the only reason I knew early enough to not be blindsided is because all employee to employee calls are recorded in addition to the collection calls. Management will lie to your face.
