      1) very rough behaviour of directors, management, team leader and other senior. 2) no working environment. 3) everybody talking and laughing every time just like wholesale fish 🐠 market . 4) complete unstructure company. 5) no work balance. 6) Nobody knows what is who's duty?

      The immediate team you work with is amazing - thats it

      Cons

      Everything. No raises on over five years, retaliation against those who speak up, no communication, pizza parties instead of bonuses, loads of work for minimum wage pay, a CEO who is toxic and hangs golf's with his boys who also work there instead of helping his company, predatory against their own collectors, never work here.
