I don't think that we should have an expectation of significant overtime. In bursts overtime is necessary in order to avoid over-hiring and then lay-offs (which is not Coffman). We also pay for every hour worked which greatly reduces the company's motivation for overtime. Long term overtime that is not desired should be able to be managed. The same with excessive travel for long periods of time that is undesired. Please reach out to someone (even me) and let us know what your needs are. Seems like there should be an amicable solution. Great Company and great office culture! Everyone in our office seems to genuinely enjoy the work they do and the people they work with. The GM really cares about the people here.
Awesome work culture. They are big on getting your work done rather than needing to stay in office longer than necessary. I also got a lot of hands on experience.
