1. They will take advantage of your situation and dictate terms that will put you in a lot of trouble.
2. They did not give me my two month's salary after I lost my contract with the client.
3. I had personal issues and was battling through depression, but they did not care and ignored despite alerting them over and over again.
4. They promised me they'll file for my H1B visa, but they did not keep their promise.
5. They will reduce your salary at will and will not explain why.
6. If you join them and have to leave for any reason, they will ask you to pay $25,000 because of the bond.
7. They will pay you a very small percentage of what your client pays for your services.
8. If they decide to file for your visa, they will charge you for that which they will say at joining that it will be done for free.
