Good working conditions, decent people, free breakfast before 8:00 am plus $1.50 credit a day in the café. Quarterly fun days off site.
Cons
Difficult for anyone over the age of 40 to get a raise. The self-evaluation procedure is on its 3rd iteration in 4 years and is more difficult than ever to get anything more than average for your yearly performance.
