Pros
Safe, fair, diverse work environment. Good brand name for resume building. Proper attention and equity for minority groups.
Cons
Seems to be diminished US job security with many roles moving to global subs in India and Mexico. It is easy to get lured in by growth and theoretical 'global opportunities' and then stifled by corporate politics and overlooked by global employees that are less expensive Growth opps appear to go to the following people: a. Dual citizens b. People willing to relocate domestic at 5% increase or less c. Ethnically diverse, military vet, or Executive female. Experienced poor environment as a Working Mom. The flex time that is mentioned during an interview was frowned upon and difficult to initiate. I felt silent penalization and pressure for enacting entitled benefits. While this company historically lands on the 'best for working moms' list. ..i met MANY who disagree.
