1. No Collabera email assigned to employees, and HR team are just clerks who neither reply emails, nor attend phone calls.
2. No escalation matrix, very slow company, struck in 50 year old mindset that their business of staffing is for forever.
3. No proper leave policy, very few leaves, leave policy is defined by client you are deployed
4. Pay is very less compared to employees of client where you are deployed.
5. No medical insurance for family, for self it is very minimal amount
6. Basically, it is not a company but a shop where there is no proper policy and EVRYTHING IS AD-HOC
