      Pros

      I LOVED working here. Recruiting is a fast-paced, exciting job and is not for people that are lazy or unwilling to really put in the hours and effort! I really worked my butt off here and did the best I could and management always saw and acknowledged my hard work. It was so nice! On top of the moral support, they pay INCREDIBLY well. And there are so many opportunities for bonuses and raises, and the benefits are great too. It was a great environment, too. Like I said, lots of emotional support and kindness from everyone, including the managers!

      Cons

      None, I only left because I wanted to try out a new industry. Tech is fun, but I wanted a new challenge. Something completely different from what I’ve been doing my whole life.

      Pros

      - AAM program for college graduates looking to get into tech sales. - Kind CEO. - President's Club.

      Cons

      - Pay: They only value select people to actually earn what they deserve. - Leadership: Changes so frequently. - Severance: I was let go with no reason, no severance, no heads up, no conversation after 4 years of employment and working tirelessly every day to support our always-changing team. - VMO Position: No path forward. No where to "move up" in your career; and when you ask, all conversations are declined. - HR: Just ok. Not responsive when you actually need to speak, but when you do, normally very nice.
