      Pros

      Their motto "real life, right now" could not be closer to the truth. Through running your own business you get so much real world experience you might wonder why you're at school in the first place. At 18 years old the thought I would be managing my own employees and running a business with hundreds of customers and tens of thousands in sales seemed far fetched, but the great thing is there really is no limit to how well you can do. The challenge of it cannot be understated, but what you learn from that cannot be overvalued. In my third year with the company the thought of "where would I be without this" still seems scary to me.

      Cons

      There's no doubt you will be pushed out of your comfort zone. You have to be willing to try new things, and willing to fail. You say goodbye to work-life balance for a couple months a year at least, and all the problems are up to you to figure out. Your success is dependent on you, and nobody else.

      - Uncapped earning and personal development - Be your own boss - Insurance, branding, and direction

      Cons

      - This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
