      Ability to develop yourself indefinitely, can be very lucrative if you are willing to work hard, College Pro has a company culture like no other. They foster a performance culture that always allows and motivates you to push yourself outside your comfort zone.

      Cons

      Entrepreneurship is not for everyone, and can require long hours with some necessary sacrifices. This position is not for people who want a risk-free 9-5

      - This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
