      - Having a business coach 24/7 who has experienced first-hand what your going through . - The company culture is one that creates life long friendships and lasting memories for a lifetime. - I have gained a tremendous amount of confidence in my work life knowing that I can run and operate a successful small business.

      - Working long hours in the summertime, but that is communicated in the hiring process

      - This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
