Pros

The learning and the skill development is easily the most intense and valuable part of the job. You are given responsibilities at an incredibly young age that most people won't see until well into their career. The ability to make decisions, learn from all of you actions and have the support of other people around you to help solve problems when they occur is unparalleled. I learned a thousand times more running this business than college could have ever taught me and not just about business, about life and myself. Pushing the limits, experiencing extreme highs as well as extreme lows prepares you for just about anything you will encounter later in life.

Cons

You work your ass off. if you are not willing to put in more time than you have ever had to work don't look into the job it will be too much for you. You earn every penny you make in this business and you know it. The low points can be painful and it is incredibly difficult to understand that the experiences that you are going through may not be paying off in terms of money, instead they are paying off in skill and learning (which translates into money later in life), You will work more hours and have longer days than ever before.

Pros

- Uncapped earning and personal development - Be your own boss - Insurance, branding, and direction

Cons

- This is often seen as a great opportunity during school years, but it is a large learning curve and time commitment to get the business started. Time budgets were critical for success - Often battling reviews - easily won over if you show the potential customer that they need to see and trust you as your own franchisee, not the reviews of other franchisees. - Royalty was significant early on.
