Pros
wonderful management and physicians that really care about the patients. Infact the motto is Patients First. Medical Assistants can have a range of duties from front office to back office.
Cons
as a Medical Assistant you HAVE to get certified/ registered. The pay could be better for as large of a network that community is, raises are minuscule, bonuses... dont really exist. There isnt anyway to move up in the company as a medical assistant. All positions that are coordinator, supervisor, management require advanced degrees.
