Pros
The work environment was healthy. Coworkers seem to not only know what they are doing but made it enjoyable daily. Boss was not a micro-manager, she allowed me work independently, often.
Cons
I think pay sometimes does not equate to the amount of work you do. Some people who did next to nothing got paid a lot where other people who did a lot was paid subpar.
