Pros
Great upper management and leadership. Small chain of command compared to bigger companies. More of a “family” environment at work. Employees smile at work and genuinely seem happy. Pay is good. Good PTO
Cons
They do not take security/gun threats seriously. They DO NOT have a zero tolerance pt harassment/violent threat/gun threat policy. Health insurance gets worse with less coverage and higher premiums each year. They do not “take care of their own” when an employee is sick. They do not allow enough call in days a year. this is especially true for parents who may need off work because their kids may be sick.
