Pros
Pay was excellent for number of years I was employed. Communication was done well and consistent from top leadership down.
Cons
My position was eliminated due to COVID-19 and the financial burdon that ensued. The loss of my job was treated in the same manner in which an employee who was fired would have been. That was emotionally difficult to handle and felt incredibly unfair for my job performance and the committment I'd given to my position, my direct reports, and the organization as a whole.
