Good products and customers spread over multiple regions.

Cons

Current HR team with the leader stay in close glassdoor and doesn’t interact with business function. Continuous shouting, blaming and threatening are part of daily rituals. Anyone who doesn’t align with HR leader or have small conflicts are threaten with consequences.
