Pros
Good work / life balance, very flexible attitude to work and a laid back approach. Very centrally located for when you do need to go to the office (next to the station). Very friendly and easy to work here.
Cons
Messaging is confusing, not very proactive (extremely reactive) and its transnational in how it approaches customers. Very silo'd internally and within region. Several changes of direction and strategy.
