      Pros

      I have never, ever, seen such a passionate, hard working, group of senior managers and executives who are committed to the company's success for reasons other than pure financial gain. They live it.

      Cons

      Top senior management has been there for a very long time. Ideas from outside the inner circle need more consideration. Strategic decisions are sometimes made in a vacuum.
