The most toxic and unethical company I have ever worked for - Financial Accountant Commvault Employee Review

If you are not a favourite of management - you will not progress (especially if you are a person of colour). Very toxic environment from department heads. Treatment from manager was disgusting. Micromanagement at its finest! Was repeatedly told our department do not receive bonuses only to find out members of my department were receiving them frequently. Management seem to be giving the rest of the team 'hope' to keep them happy. This and more was explained in my exit interview but should not have wasted my breath as I know nothing will be done about it which is sad. The HR department who are supposed to have a duty of care towards employees are just as corrupt and unethical. If anyone tells me they've been offered a job from this company my advice to them would be to run for the hills.
