Great technology, that only they themselves are aware of - Bad Culture - Avoid - Enterprise Account Executive Commvault Employee Review

I was at Commvault for a year. I joined a sales team of 6, only 1 original person remains, a long termer. My manager, his manager and the guy who referred me all gone. Via Linkedin over the last 6 months I see there is a steady flow of leavers, many key personnel. The culture is one of finger pointing and blame from the top. The issue is a business wide one. Attrition always exists in this industry, but I have never seen it this high. The constant revolving door policy says it all. Wake up Commvault.
