A newly appointed office in Sydney, provides people collaboration and increased levels of communication between lines of business units. A solid technology that has evolved and adapted as no other in Backup product.
Cons
Unfortunately this organisation is sadly let down by the power brokers. As P&L rolls up into a consolidated leader it's a very challenging across pre-sales, professional services and consultancy. A fractional disconnect across these very teams fundamentally restricts the execution and forward success of the organisation. Impeding resources that could ultimately ensure positive outcomes. Commvault is surrounding by talented middle management leaders, that are truly not recognised and appreciated for the value & leadership they've illustrated. A lack of career development is another considerable disappointment within the organisation. Something that needs to be resurrected ASAP, to ensure the continued resignations halts.
