Pros

None come to mind you’ll be miserable in 3 months or less

Cons

1. Training is terrible. They are still stuck on cold calling even though they have never closed a deal from a cold call. 2. Leadership is constantly trying to find a scapegoat. They are allergic to accountability, love pointing the finger anywhere else. 3. Team leads suck. Most of them have never hit quota. They just get paid more to not help you and snitch to leadership. 5. Some people get fired for missing quota while others get promoted for missing quota. 6. They beg employees to write nice reviews
