      Pros

      Good base salary, especially for an entry-level. Good commission as well. Great company culture and leadership. You need a lot of delayed gratification because there isn't instant success. Great training program as well. Great Work/life balance.

      Cons

      The industry is very hard to recruit in right now, especially Perm. Not a company thing, but it does make the job a lot harder

      Pros

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
