They highly prioritize work culture there and focus on communication and being available to help employees. They are very family friendly and their benefits seem to reflect that as well. If you are a very competitive contributor you can make a lot of money here.

High stress, and very competitive work environment, by this I mean you are competing with your teammates for business constantly! Most reps work overtime weekly to build their book and keep their books. Client marketing is very saturated.

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.
Cons
Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard.
It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
