      Cons

      High stress/high stakes Sales vs Administrative mentality is still strong In-house benefits seem to only go to sales people, while hourly employees rarely have the opportunity to take advantage of the campus.

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
