      This is a great place to work, where the development of people is at the forefront of what we do each day. When people feel supported and heard, they tend to thrive quicker and contribute their own uniquness which makes us all better.

      Like most companies, it is hard to find enough talent to help us growth with the demand.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
