      Hard to Advance - Senior Search Consultant CompHealth Employee Review

      Pros

      Great company with excellent values and caring leadership. While the job is hard and it's extremely competitive, there is a strong culture of support and mutual benefit among all employees. The idea is, that id you do well, everyone will as well.

      Cons

      It is impossible to get promoted, as it's a small division of the company(only 50 of 4,000 employees are in Trumbull) and the retention in the leadership positions is excellent. As a result, there are no opportunities for advancement, however great you may be.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
