Pros
You get paid weekly, you get a company vehicle, they cover all travel expenses and reimburse meals up to $36 a day while traveling overnight out of town.
Cons
Management is all over the place on rules and regulations. Same with the contract terms on some customers. We were also just purchased by The Home Depot, quite a few technicians aren't very excited about this.
