      Pros

I started out delivering for Compact power and switched over with little experience in equipment maintenance and it was worth the struggle in learning. Wide range of equipment Great coworkers Company Truck Advancement opportunities

      Cons

As with any career the work life balance can be difficult at times. Busy season is busy and sometimes travel time between locations can drain you. The biggest con of the job is the customer with terrible personality. I worked hard to maintain equipment only to have someone rent it and completely disrespect it. Job security I guess.

      Cons

Overtime is required most of the time. Been ridiculous. Pay Benefits are not that good, and still expensive.

      Hard work amd rewarding feeling

      Pros

Very hands on with repairs and maintenance, you won’t be sitting down listening to instructions all the time. Opportunity to learn, teach and grow in the field. No one knows everything and everyone is willing to share. Advancement is highly attainable. Great resume builder for growing in company or outside.

      Cons

Customers will test your patience. Schedule can be tough depending on your region, traveling to a job late in day 20 miles away isn’t ideal if it happens frequently. Your management can be what drives you away.

      Improving

      Pros

To be fair, they have recently acquired new leadership and it APPEARS that the company is improving and turning around. They APPEAR to be paying more attention to employee compensation and rewards. That will at least help a little.

      Cons

I worked with the company 7 years. From the very beginning this was without a doubt the worst company I had ever worked for. Lies, misrepresentation and actual illegal behavior was the rule of the day toward both employees and customers. (And I keep good records, lest anyone thinks me to be liable) For the first six years I actually lost ground pay wise. They have recently forced out some of the good ole boy leadership that had an IRON FIST and ran the company like the Gestapo, but there are a few still in power. Policy is king here so don't step out of line. You will be put in situations you have never been prepared for. You will have to repair equipment you have never seen before and you will have little support internally. The company will represent you as trained and qualified on equipment that REQUIRES certifications to work on that you have never seen and don't even have a manual on.
