The company culture at the front lines is great and there’s a ton of amazing people that work here.
Cons
Leadership is leaning out the business and taking a lot of benefits away with little to no notice.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It’s great to hear that the culture on the front lines and the people you work with continue to be bright spots in your day-to-day—that sense of community is something we truly value.
We’re also genuinely sorry to hear that recent changes have felt difficult or unexpected. We understand how unsettling it can be when benefits shift or when the direction of the business feels different from what you’ve known. Your call to return to a people‑first mindset is heard, and feedback like this is important as we work to continuously improve how we communicate and support our teams.
Thank you for your continued commitment and for being candid about your experience—it helps us get better.
- Decent pay and good benefits
- work truck with gas card
-good experience
Cons
- management is disconnected from field employees
- review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance
- poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation
- no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to
- safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect
- forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
