Pros

The culture at TQL is second to none. I've built genuine friendships here; People are driven to succeed while remaining team oriented, making even the most challenging days rewarding. Leadership is invested in employee development, focusing on coaching and growth opportunities rather than simply managing performance. Leadership took the time to recognize my strengths, place me in a role that aligned with my skill set and recently gave me the opportunity to earn a promotion.

Cons

TQL can be demanding. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and success requires a level of commitment that isn't for everyone. There will be early mornings, late nights and days that test your resilience. If you're not obsessed with growth and willing to embrace discomfort in pursuit of something bigger, this may not be the place for you. TQL will hand you the keys to change your life, but you have to be willing to get behind the wheel and drive.

Pros

TQL is an incredibly exciting and fast paced work environment where any employee who wants to come in and work hard can earn solid income for themselves and their family as long as they are willing to put in the hours to improve themselves and their skills and stay committed to ensuring their own success. In-office and remote management is very supportive of you and your growth at the company as well as learning skills to assist you in daily life outside of work. The HR team at TQL is top notch and the benefits provided by TQL are great as well.

Cons

Long hours and working before and after the typical 8-5 can be and is normally required in some regard at TQL. The clients that you will end up working with will rely on you to service them at all hours of the day and if you cannot commit to being available 24/7 when needed from your clients then a job at TQL may not be for you. All of this is part of what will lead to you being successful at TQL and earning a living that you desire and the hard work will pay off in the end as you grow relationships and trust with your clients.
