Pros

The best part of this job is the guys I work with. We help each other out, cover sites when someone is out, share tips and tricks. No one hoards knowledge or throws anyone under the bus. My supervisor runs a tight ship but keeps it fair. The shop is organized and tools are where they should be. When we hit a tough stretch, someone is there to lend a hand. It's a team, not just a list of names.

Cons

Some days have early starts and end late in the day

Pros

I like that the job involves more than sitting in a sales office all day. There's constant interaction with buyers, agents, and construction teams. Managers have clear expectations, and consultants communicate well, making it easier to plan my day. I've gained a lot of new industry knowledge by working with construction and financing teams.

Cons

It's a real struggle to meet sales targets during slow market periods.

Pros

The compensation and benefits were barely acceptable, and a few employees genuinely tried to help customers despite constant internal breakdowns.

Cons

- The workload quickly became unmanageable due to severe understaffing and completely unrealistic expectations pushed by management. - Customer concerns were repeatedly escalated because issues were not properly handled the first time, showing a clear failure in basic execution. - Communication between departments was chaotic and inconsistent, creating constant confusion, delays, and frustration. - Employee morale was visibly low because concerns were routinely ignored or dismissed without any meaningful response.
