Too many to list. No 401k match, no Christmas bonus, raises are non existent. Expectations are too high. Leadership and management are very incompetent. Another company where the CEO fills his pockets.

Some coworkers want to genuinely do the right thing and are good people but they don't last long at this company.
Cons
They pay the Managers on salary so that they can force an unreasonable workload onto them and not have to worry about paying them overtime. They have unreasonable expectations and a toxic, cult like management system that tries to brainwash you into thinking the way this company operates is normal.
You are forced into the position before you even complete any of the required training (which is at least 40-60 hours of videos), then you are forced to attend meetings all day and still complete all of your work face to face with the patients by yourself.
The turn over in this company is not shocking at all. Typical failing corporate business model.
There are just so many problems I could turn this into a novel.
