Great work-life balance. Interesting projects. Felt like I was doing real engineering work.

The pay was low, salary and housing was less than most competitors.

Not many pros I can think of the company is really good at approving pto if you have it accrued

Very unprofessional environment it’s very cutthroat and i would says it’s very common to get thrown under the bus for trivial things …they dangle the carrot before you get hired you get holidays off and the big Xmas shutdown but it’s funny they are always asking people to work the holidays
