lots of people coming and going, including managers. make you use your vacation time when you are out sick so you have no real vacation. very low pay and no increases. Layoffs every year.

Family-oriented
Positive work environment
Opportunities for growth
Cons
Many business units and smaller companies within Central Garden & Pet lead to variability in employee experiences. I have had very poor past experiences when reporting to different management groups.

Thank you for your feedback. We continually strive to make Central a great place to work, and appreciate the time you took to write a review!
Work from home with less calls than an average call center but still at least 10 a day
Cons
The manager hires you for a particular sector and then wants you to take on more than you agreed to at initial hire so the best friend of the other manager can barely work and instead take care of her children at home. This would have been a great place had there been accountability and transparency from the beginning
