Great culture and people, decent medical/dental/vision, great 401k match, very flexible with schedules and PTO
Cons
If you just want to be content with making small money and doing the same thing over and over every day, then this is the place for you. Little to no room for career advancement, lots of dead end communication, sales representatives are always #1 priority, poor pay scale and only one “raise” a year which is normally no more that 3% of current pay
