Cons
The HR is not very responsive.
There is no management at all. Doing good or bad, more or less, no one knows. Feels like they don't care. Because you never get promoted, the manager don't really understand the bioinformatics at all. Too many nano micromanagement. No chance to grow at all.
If you are harder-worker, really want to get things done and grow yourself, this won't be your place.
Basically, it is very mentally toxic environment. If you have a better choice, this should be your last option.
