      Pros

      Staff was always available to help even when they appeared busy. They were my Contrator when at IBM in Raleigh. They actually have a large office within the IBM campus.

      Cons

      After my contract ended I was contacted; I was contacted by a person twice about another job at IBM then acted like it never happened.
