Pros
CTG is one of the older and better established body shops in the United States, with clients across the country. Their size and reputation allows them to receive interesting assignments. Many of the normal metrics don't apply to CTG as they are at the mercy of their clients.
Cons
Recruiters don't keep you in the loop when you're without an assignment. Not enough effort at pushing back when clients try to slash rates. Maintaining a better pool of talent should provide leverage, but doesn't seem to. Because billing rates to the client are low, benefit costs are high.
