      Pros

      Small teams and exposure to upper management due to the structure of the clean energy businesses. The company is at the forefront of solar power production across the US.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits were less competitive compared to the overall market. Exposure to work of the other teams was not an option and very few options for a lateral move.

      Pros

      - 2 days in office, 3 remote. You get to pick the days you want to go in - Decent pay - You can pick what time you wanted to start working (6am-8am)

      Cons

      - Very cliquey - Choosing to start work after 9am without a solid reason was frowned upon (Im used to started work at 9 so this took a while to get used to) - I did not feel supported when i struggled with items tasked to me. (this can obviously vary depending on your manager) - I took a 3 mental health days that was met with my termination.
