- Every day something is broken - Communication has constant breakdowns - Weekends and Overnights do not get any kind of differential or incentive which is an issue - No incentive for odd shifts means getting coverage for days off, if you work them, is extremely difficult and you will be guilted for it - Your concerns are often met with a "you're lucky to have a job" depending on who you talk to. - Your career and decisions will often be made for you based on what the company needs , to the extent that they have created a mentality of distrust. Working here is about CYA and getting everything in writing. - They have okay benefits
