    Pros

    Strong leaders with a focus on improving the patient and customer experience. Streamlined process and procedures focused on making it easier for centers to provide quality care.

    Cons

    Have made considerable improvements in technology and communication. Always opportunities in these areas but corporate is striving to make it perfect.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the strong focus on outcomes and clinician support.

    Staff, Providers, ideas, vision

    Cons

    Some centers need complete updates, replacement, better treatment of staff.

    Advice to Management

    Bring upper management to the ground troops have them experience the patient experience. Perform an "Under Cover Boss" to reconnect with Concentra staff & live "Orange Book."

    I have been working at Concentra part-time

    Pros

    It’s a job.
    Pay is okay, but only because you do multiple jobs.

    Cons

    Barely do work went to school for.
    Training for 2 weeks only is insanely short for all the tasks needed to learn.
    Took almost a month to get computer log ins to do anything on my own.
    I cringe every day I wake up to go.

    Advice to Management

    Now I get why turn over is so high. We aren’t cared for at all.

    Pros

    conviently located, usually no weekends

    Cons

    staffing model is horrible, they do not pay people what they are worth but want them to work themselves into the ground. They hire "warm bodies" and therefor have alot of turn over and are always hiring new people

    pay people more

    The pay is pretty good. Co-workers really do work as a team.

    Cons

    ACOD and Cod could be a little more considerate and professional with the staff under them.

    Easy job and get paid very well.

    Cons

    The company computers systems is always going down or doesnt work properly. People at Director level dont have a clue how to operate the business. They would explain how to do something only to found out later it was not correct. They allow employees that have disrupted the workplace to remain employed.

    Advice to Management

    Know your business! Care about your clients! Send people out that know what they are doing.
