      Pros

      At Concentra there is constant collaboration between the therapists and the providers to provide optimum care for patients with work related injuries.

      Cons

      It is sometimes stressful to follow their model of seeing the patient on the same day that they are referred by the provider, especially if you already have a full case load.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
