      Pros

      You get to meet new people daily and work as a team.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of diversity in the clinics anymore its mostly Hispanic only and it really shouldn't be that way. We do need translators but there needs to be a balance of hiring all race's of people. A lot of Spanish being spoken in private conversations not patient related.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
