      Pros

      A lot of skills to develop that can be helpful if you decide to move on and want to become more marketable

      Cons

      Not enough medical staff (Doctors and mid level providers) to see patients in timely manner, resulting in poor patient experience due to wait time. However, this was being actively mitigated at the time I was employed at this facility.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
